TERMS OF SERVICE

Please review the following terms carefully. Upon purchasing our product, you (referred to herein as the “Customer”) signify your agreement to the terms outlined below.

PRODUCT

The term “PRODUCT” refers to educational materials, including courses, tools, downloads, templates, video tutorials, or other content created under the Sourcing with Kirti® brand and offered for sale through Savi Creations Pty Ltd. (referred to as the “Company”).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

To acquire the Company’s product, you have the one-time payment option, full payment is required at the time of purchase.

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Product offered by Savi Creations Pty Ltd. is protected by copyright. All Intellectual Property (I.P.) remains the exclusive property of the Company. The Product sold to the Customer is intended for personal use, single-user membership, and single download use only. Any form of copying, duplicating, or distributing the membership login credentials or any part of the Product, whether partial or complete, is strictly prohibited. We are dedicated to safeguarding our intellectual property and maintaining our reputation. Each instance of I.P. violation is taken seriously, and legal action will be pursued against any violation that results in financial or reputational harm to the Company or the creator of the Product, Kirti Sehrawat. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared within the Product must be treated as confidential. Disclosure of Product information to third parties is permissible only when the third party has a legitimate need to access such information. The Customer agrees to make best efforts to uphold the confidentiality of the Product, guarding against disclosure, misuse, loss, and theft.

INDEMNIFICATION

The Customer acknowledges and agrees to use the Product at their own risk. The Customer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and related entities from any and all liabilities and expenses, including but not limited to claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorney’s fees, and disbursements resulting from the use of the Product.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

If not resolved through good-faith negotiation, any dispute or controversy related to this Agreement will be submitted to the Australian Arbitration Association. Claims against the Company must be filed within 100 days from the date of the initial claim, or they will be forfeited. Arbitration will take place within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand. The written decision of the arbitrators, which includes cost allocation, is binding and conclusive, not subject to judicial review, and enforceable in any court with proper jurisdiction.

NOTICES

Notices between the Parties may be delivered personally or by registered or certified mail with prepaid postage and return receipt requested. Notices delivered personally are considered received on the actual receipt date, while mailed notices are deemed received three (3) days after mailing. “Personal delivery” includes notice transmitted via email. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

• The contents provided in the Product are based on Kirti Sehrawat’s professional experience as a Buyer in Australia and her prior work experience in India’s largest export sector. The information within the Product is intended to convey practical business insights and does not constitute legal advice.
• It is important to recognize that the Company has made no promises, implications, warranties, suggestions, projections, representations, or guarantees regarding potential earnings or profits resulting from the purchase of the Product.
• Testimonials and statements from individuals should not be interpreted as claims or representations of earnings.
• The Company does not make any promises regarding your potential for profits or income. Success in applying the information or strategies provided by the Company depends on various factors that we cannot predict, including your background, work ethic, dedication, motivation, desire, and business skills. Thus, we do not guarantee your success or profit.
• We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Product. It is advisable to conduct thorough research and seek advice from qualified professionals before making business decisions.
• Prior to taking action based on the information in the Product, consult your accountant, lawyer, or professional advisor.

If you do not understand or agree with any of these terms, please do not order the Product.
